Founder & CEO
Josiah Mann is the Founder & CEO of Investor Deal Room. He has over 10 years experience as a web developer and entrepreneur. He’s started two businesses, developed 5 SaaS products, and has built Investor Deal Room into a world-class Real Estate Syndication Software that embodies modern design, user experience, and integrity.
Partner & Lead Developer
Jonathan is an experienced, full stack engineer, Lead Developer, and Partner. He has 10 years experience as a developer and over 5 years of hands-on experience managing business operations. Jonathan has worked in nearly every department of Investor Deal Room and has been an invaluable asset to building a strong foundation for our company.
Colin Schacherbauer manages the company website, creates content, develops free resources for our clients, and assists with all of IDR’s marketing activity. He has 5+ years of experience in writing internal company communications and 3 years experience in creating viral content.
Customer Success Manager
Jesse Mann manages our Customer Success department. He oversees onboarding processes and discovers ways to create long-term value for boutique private equity firms. Jesse has a passion for managing client relationships and maintains a high standard of perfection when it comes to customer engagement and fulfillment.
Aaron Cook is the founder and principal of CoveMark. With over 20 years of experience, he has served in various capacities across multiple private investment projects. Since 2012, his company, CoveMark has launched 18 Funds, across various industries. Aaron studied economics and finance at the University of West Florida.
Andrew Campbell is a managing partner of Wildhorn Capital. He has spent over 12 building and managing an personal portfolio, and moving onto larger, multi-family buildings. Today Wildhorn Capital controls $175+mm portfolio of over 1700 units in Texas. He received a BS in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Baylor University.
Chip Cooper helps SaaS clients execute winning negotiating and contracting strategies. With over 30 years of legal experience, his efforts have resulted in 1,500+ enterprise SaaS transactions closed. Chip was an adjunct Professor of Computer Law for 20 years at Wake Forest University School of Law.
